Easy Fried Udon

A super easy dish for everyone. You can add or change any ingredients. But i would suggest not to overwhelm with ingredients
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 200g minced Pork
  • half Carrot, shredded
  • half Japanese Cucumber, shredded
  • 1.5 half packet of Udon
  • Sauce
  • 300ml of plain water
  • 2 table spoon of light soya sauce
  • 5 table spoon of dark soya sauce
  • 1.5 tea spoon of sugar
  • The amount of soya sauce and sugar can be adjust according to own preference.
  1. Stirred fried garlic over low fire until fragrance
  2. Add in pork and carrot, cook over medium fire
  3. Add in udon when the pork is 80% cook
  4. Stirred fired for 1min
  5. add in sauce and mixed well with all ingredients
  6. Off the fire when sauce boiled
  7. Top with shredded cucumber and ready to serve
