Lunch Box Catering Terms and Conditions

  1. All Orders must be placed 3 Working Days in Advance Prior to Event Date.
  2. Booking are subject to availability, our customer service officer will contact you within 24 hrs upon receipt order form.
  3. Any Cancellation to be made at least 2 working days before event date, otherwise a 30% of invoice amount for the cancellation .
  4. FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any menu item should it be unavailable at the point of event.
  5. $20 charges will be imposed for any dishoured cheque.
  6. Cash payment must be handled to driver directly.
  7. Delivery timing is between 8am to 8pm.
  8. Delivery Charges of $16 applies.
  9. Delivery Charges of $20 during eve and public holiday.
  10. Packed food to be consumed within 2 hour upon delivery.
