Highlight of Terms and Conditions
1. Menu might change without prior notice.
2. No Delivery on weekends and public holiday. Lunch Delivery timing is between 10pm to 1pm. Dinner Delivery timing is between 3pm to 7pm
3. Payment by Bank Transfer to DBS Current 003-953-484-1 or PayNow to UEN 201700100D or scan the below QR Code
For Bank Transfer, please reference to invoice no and print screen the payment slip and send to us for verification . Cheque payment to indicate the invoice no.
4. Please notify us 2 working days in advance, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), for any cancellation of meal.
5. Strictly No Refund will be made if terminate the service before expiry of the package.
6. All packages will be auto renewed to the next cycle unless being informed 3 working days, in advance, via email (email@example.com).
7. Non continuation of contract, must be informed, in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org), 3 working days before contract end. Otherwise it will be activated even payment is not received.
8. We reserve the rights to recover for the amount that delivery is made to you.
9. For New Customers (First time ordering from us) once order is confirmed, delivery will be send. If you wish to withdraw before delivery date , please informed us 2 working days.
10. By submitting your order, you agree that we may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form for the purpose of our catering service.
11. By signing up a package with us, you agree to receive all information about our services.
12. Our Working Hours is Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 1pm.
