Terms & Conditions


1. Contract Management
Tingkat Service is available from Mon to Fri except Public Holiday.
Public Holiday will not be counted as eating days.
All packages will be auto renewed to the next cycle unless being informed 3 working days, in advance, via email (enquiry@fattydaddyfattymummy.com).
Non continuation of contract, must be informed, in writing (enquiry@fattydaddyfattymummy.com), at least 3 working days before the start of the new cycle.  
For new customer, payment has to be made at least 2 working day before the start of contract.

Postpone meal / Skip meal / Cancel meal  must be informed at least 2 working days in advance.
Postpone meal will be replaced on your next eating days.
A total of 2 times of cancellation is allowed for each package.
There will be no refund for early termination of contract.
There shall not be any downgrading of contract.

2. Payment Management
Payment not made by the 3rd day of service will be considered a termination of contract, a final bill will be issuedTermination charges of $80 ($85.60 w GST) applies for termination of contract due to non payment.
A final bill with GST of the total delivery meals and termination charges will be billed to you. Please make payment within 2 working days.
We reserve the right to recover the unpaid amount through legal means if payment is not receive by stipulated date.

3. Food Management
It is advisable to store food in refrigerator upon receiving.
It is advisable to reheat the food at least 75 degree and for more than 2 mins before eating.
It is there is a different eating time, you are advisable to take out your own portion with clean spoons and heat up accordingly.
Menu may subject to changes without notice

4. Delivey Time
There shall be no choosing of delivery time. 
Tingkat Dinner delivery timing is between 3pm to 7pm.
Tingkat Lunch delivery timinig is between 10-1pm

5. Condo and Landed Delivery Management
For condo delivery, if we are unable to go to your unit, we will contact you to seek for your advise . However if we are unable to get you after 3 calls we will move on to other delivery and will meal will be forfeited. 
For Landed Delivery- Please consider rain and shine if you want us to hang at your gate  

6. You allowed us to share your information for delivery purpose.

7. By placing the order, you understand and accepted this term and conditions.

1. Packaging
For mini buffet, food are packed in disposable microwaveable container /  Aluminum Tray with disposable cutlery. (Table for Food & Warmer are Not Provided)
We will supply disposable form plates, plastic forks, spoons, trash bags and serviettes.
Only Set up buffet will required collection. 

2. Ordering and Confirmation
Orders has to be submitted 3 (working days) days in Advance
Confirmation will be done within 24 hrs (working days) upon receipt of order.

3. Delivery Charges:
$35 ($37.45 w GST) delivery fee (Not applicable during festive seasons) 
$60 ($58.85 w GST) delivery fee for Set Up Buffet (Not applicable during festive season) 
$10 ($10.70 w GST) additional surcharge per flight of stairs due to non lift landing. (Please inform us earlier, otherwise cash will be collected on the day of delivery) 
$10 ($10.70 w GST) additional surcharge for CBD area, sentosa and jurong island.
$10 ($10.70 w GST) additional surcharge for shopping center, chalet & hotels.

4. Delivery Timing 
9am to 7pm daily (including Public Holiday and Weekend)
Delivery may be late due to unforeseen circumstances arise i.e traffic accident, driver will inform you if such incident arise.

For Set Up buffet, Driver will arrive about 1 hr before your event start time unless being otherwise communicated separately.
For Set up buffet, setup before 9am and collection after 10pm, there will be surcharge of $50/hr. ($53.50 w GST)
For Set Up buffet, any extention time request for collection of buffet, on the day of delivery, will be charges $50/hr  ($53.50 w GST)

5. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be made through email. 
50% of the total bill will be charged if the cancellation is made 3 working days before event date.
100% of the total bill will be charged if the cancellation is made 2 working days before event date.

6. Amendment of Order
Changes or amendments must be made known to us the latest within 3 working days from the event date. 
We reserve the right, not to accept any last minute changes or amendments to your buffet order.

7. Loss or Damages
Charges may be imposed for any loss and or damages for any item loan to customers

8. Replacement of Food
Should there be any item that is not available at the time of delivery. FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd will replace the menu with same value item, without prior notice.

9. Payment
