Terms and Conditions for Catering Service
(Except for Tingkat service)

  1. Packing
    A. Mini Buffet / Lunch Box Catering
    All food are packed in disposable microwavable container / aluminum traxy with disposable cutlery provided.No collection required. (Table for Food & Warmer are NOT provided)
     B.   Set Up Buffet
           We supply disposable foam plates, plastic forks, spoons, black bin bag and serviettes. Basic
    set-up with table skirting
  2. Food Management
            A.  Mini Buffet / Lunch Box- Best consumed within 1 hour upon delivery.  It is advisable not            mixed with other food or to packet the left over food.
            B.  Set Up Buffet – food to consumed accordingly 4 hr upon delivery. It is advisable not to              mixed with other food or to packet to the left over food.
  3. Delivery :
    Lunch Box Catering / Mini Buffet:
    $25 delivery fee (Not applicable during festive seasons)
    $10 additional surcharge for CBD area, sentosa and jurong island
    Delivery may be be late due to unforeseen circumstance in arise ie traffic accident, driver will inform you if such incident arise.
    Set Up:
    $45 delivery fee (Not applicable during festive seasons)
    $10 additional surcharge for CBD area, sentosa and jurong island
    $10 (each floor) additional surcharge for no lift transportation
    $10 (30 mins Block) surcharge for any request of late collection
    Our last collection time is at 930pm

Free Delivery for buffet order for $650 and above
Delivery Timing : 9am to 7pm daily

4. Confirmation Policy. Once invoice is issued, the order shall be deemed as confirmed. Any termination shall be charge accordingly to our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation Policy-Any cancellation must made through email 3 working day before the event start date.50% of the total bill will be charged to customer if the cancellation is made less than, or 3 working days before the event.100% of the total bill will be charged to customer if the cancellation is within 24hrs before event.100% of the total bill will be charged for termination without notice.

6. Amendment of Order Changes or amendments must be made known to us latest within 2 working days before event date. We reserve the right to make change for any last minute amendments to your buffet order.

7. Loss or Damages Charges may be imposed for any loss and or damages for any item loan to customers

8. Replacement of Food Should there be any item that is not available at the time of delivery. FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd will replace the menu with same value item, without prior notice.

9. Payment  Full Payment upon Confirmation of Order. Cash and Cheque Payment to (FattyDaddyDattyMummy Pte Ltd) to be made Known upon ordering

Terms and Conditions for Tingkat Service Contract Management

  1. Tingkat Service is available from Mon to Fri except Public Holiday.
    Public Holiday will not be counted as eating days.
    Trial Package must be in consecutive days, no postpone is allowed.
    Trial Package will not be renewed. 2 working days in advance is required for renewal notice.
    All Packages will be auto renewed to the next cycle except for trial package and or being informed earlier.
    Non continuation of contract, must be informed, in writing, 2 working days before contract end.
  2. Postpone meal / Skip meal / Cancel meal  must be informed at least 2 working days in advance.
    Postpone meal will be replaced on your next eating days.
    A total of 2 times of cancellation is allowed for 10 and 12 days package only.
    A total of 3 times of cancellation is allowed for 16 and 20 days package only.
    A total of 5 times of cancellation is allowed for 45 days package only.
    There will be no refund for early termination of contract.
    Tiffin must be washed and hang at door for collection otherwise we will change to microwave container and it will be charged.
    Last meal will be packed in microwave container.There shall not be any downgrading of contract

    1. Payment Management
      Payment must be made in advance for new customer.
      Payment not made by the 3rd day of service will be considered a termination of contract, a final bill will be issued. Admin Charges of $80 applies for termination of contract due to non payment.

         (back of the cheque to reference your name, contact no and address)
          ATM or Bank Transfer to DBS 003-953-484-1
         (Pls send bank slip to our care officer for verification otherwise it cannot be reconciled)
         Pay Lah: (Pls send us the collection ID for reconciliation)

    3. Food Management
    It is advisable to store food in refrigerator upon receiving.
    It is advisable to reheat the food at least 75 degree and for at least 2 mins before eating.
    It is there is a different eating time, you are advisable to take out your own portion with clean spoons and heat up accordingly.
    Tiffin container is not suitable to heat on the stove. A damage cost of $20 will be charged for this damage.

    4.  Delivery Time
    Lunch 930am to 1pm
    Dinner 230pm-630pm
