Q: What is Love Tingkat?
Love Tingkat is our best-selling menu and Singapore's first tingkat service with zero processed food and zero canned food. It is Healthier Choice certified, complying with the Health Promotion Board's guidelines — freshly prepared daily for health-conscious families.
Q: Is Love Tingkat really free from processed food?
Yes, completely. Love Tingkat uses only fresh ingredients — no processed food, no canned food, no added MSG, less oil and less salt.
Q: What kind of dishes can I expect from Love Tingkat?
Home-cooked style local dishes, rotated regularly so you get variety throughout the week. The menu is family-friendly — not too spicy, not too salty, suitable for both kids and elderly.
Q: Does Love Tingkat serve lunch and dinner?
Yes! Love Tingkat is the only menu that offers both lunch and dinner delivery. Delightful and Regular Tingkat are dinner only.

Yes, we offer a 5-day trial so you can experience the food quality before signing up for a longer plan.
Q: What is Delightful Tingkat?
Delightful Tingkat is our variety menu, rotating across a wide range of cuisines — from local favourites like Chinese and Malay dishes to international options like Korean and Western-inspired meals.
Q: Does Delightful Tingkat contain processed food?
Delightful Tingkat may include some processed ingredients as part of certain international dishes. If you prefer a fully clean meal with zero processed food, we recommend Love Tingkat instead.
Q: Can I try Delightful Tingkat before committing?
Yes, we offer a 5-day trial so you can see if the menu suits your taste before signing up for a longer plan.
Q: What is Regular Tingkat?
Regular Tingkat is our most economical menu, serving traditional local dishes at a budget-friendly price.
Q: Does Regular Tingkat contain processed food?
Yes, Regular Tingkat may include some processed ingredients such as fish balls and similar items. If you prefer zero processed food, we recommend upgrading to Love Tingkat instead.
Q: Is Regular Tingkat healthy?
Like all our menus, Regular Tingkat is cooked with no added MSG, less oil, and less salt. However it is not Healthier Choice certified and may contain processed or canned ingredients.
Getting started
Q: What is the minimum order?
We accept orders from 1 pax, so even if you are ordering just for yourself, we've got you covered!
Q: What is the minimum contract length?
Our plans are flexible — a 5-day plan runs for 5 days, a 10-day plan runs for 10 days, and so on. Choose the duration that suits your needs.
Q: How do I know which menu is right for me?

Pricing
Q: Are the prices different across the three menus?

Delivery
Q: What are the delivery timings?
Our tingkat delivery is from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Q: Do you serve lunch and dinner?
Love Tingkat offers both lunch and dinner delivery. Delightful and Regular Tingkat are dinner delivery only.

Containers
Q: Do I need to return the containers?
No! We use disposable containers, so there is nothing to return. Just dispose of them after your meal.
Skipping & pausing
Q: Can I skip a meal?
Meal skipping is available for contracts of 10 days and above, with a maximum of 2 skips per contract. Please inform us at least 2 business days in advance before the delivery date you wish to skip.
Q: Can I pause my subscription?

Subscription & renewal
Q: Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all subscriptions (except the 5-day trial) will auto-renew. You will receive a renewal invoice before your next cycle begins. If you do not wish to renew, simply let us know upon receiving the invoice and we will cancel it for you.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel by informing us when you receive your renewal invoice. Please WhatsApp or call us at 97559379 so we can process this for you.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow only at the moment.
Q: What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds. However, we understand that circumstances change and we have two flexible options available:
- Transfer — your remaining package can be transferred to another person, as long as they are within our delivery area
- Pause — you can pause your contract and resume it when you are ready

Dietary preferences
Q: Do you cater to dietary preferences?
Yes, we offer two dietary options:
- No spicy — dishes will be prepared without spicy ingredients
- No seafood — dishes will be prepared without seafood
