No Refund Policy
There shall be no refund once contract has started. 

Cancellation before contract start
Cancellation made 3 days before contract start shall be refunded after deducting credit card charges, if any. 
Cancellation made 2 day before contract start shall be refunded after deducting 1 day of service and credit card charges ,if any.
