TINGKAT DELIVERY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order for Tingkat Service, you are deemed to have understood and have accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1 GENERAL
1.1 Tingkat Service is available on Mondays to Fridays, except on Public Holidays. There is no Tingkat Service on Public Holidays
1.2 Public Holidays and weekends will not be counted towards subscription days.
1.3 Downgrading a Package before the end of its duration is not permitted.
1.4 Menus may be subject to change without notice.
1.5 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for Tingkat Delivery between FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd and the Customer and shall prevail over and supersede any other prior documentation, communication, arrangement, understanding or representation (oral or in writing) from FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd.
1.6 Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall have no effect unless expressly set out and agreed in writing by FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd.
1.6 If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provision shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
1.7 The waiver by FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd of a breach or default of any of the provisions herein by the Customer shall not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or other provisions, nor shall any delay or omission on the part FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd to exercise or avail itself of any right power or privilege that it has or may have hereunder operate as a waiver of any breach or default by the other party.
1.8 All notices required under these terms and conditions herein shall be only made to and deemed to be duly served only in the following methods:

1.9 In the event of any dispute of difference arising out of or in connection to these terms and conditions, the Customer shall first notify only the Company in writing of any dispute and the parties shall use their best endeavours in good faith to settle such dispute or difference through amicable discussions.
2 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
2.1 All Packages (except 3&5 days trial) will be automatically renewed for the next cycle, unless notice is given no later than three (3) working days before the end of the Package. Notices to cancel must be sent to enquiry@fattydaddyfattymummy.com.
3 POSTPONEMENT AND SKIP OF MEALS
3.1 If you would like to postpone or skip a meal, you should notify us in writing at least three (3) working days in advance.
3.2 Postponed meals will be replaced on your next delivery day. Last minute postpone/skip meal
will not be replaced.
3.3 The number of days which you are permitted to postpone a meal vary according to the Package:

4 PAYMENT
4.1 Payment must be made three (3) working days before the start date of the Package. Non-payment will be considered voluntary cancellation, unless being informed by writing to enquiry@fattydaddyfattymummy.com and agreed by FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd.
4.2 Payment is to be made by Bank transfer / PayNow/ Paylah! (Pls reference your phone number) The details are as follows:

4.3 If payment is made by bank transfer, please inform and provide a copy of the transaction slip/proof of payment to our care officer for verification.
5 DELIVERY
5.1 The Tingkat Lunch delivery timing shall be between 10am – 1pm.
5.2 The Tingkat Dinner delivery timing shall be between 3pm – 7pm.
5.3 Fixed and/ or Specific delivery timings are not available.
5.4 If we are unable to access your unit (for condominium deliveries), we will contact you on the phone number you have provided us for further instructions. However, if we are not able to reach you after three (3) calls, we will have to continue on with other deliveries and your meal will be forfeited. FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any forfeiture of meals despite best endeavours to deliver them.
6 FOOD MANAGEMENT
6.1 If you do not wish to consume the food immediately, it is advisable to store the food in the refrigerator upon delivery.
6.2 It is advisable to reheat the food to at least 75 degrees celsius and for at least 2 minutes before consumption.
6.3 If you are sharing the food with others who will consume the food at different timing, it is advisable that you use clean cutlery to serve your own portion, and heat up the food only before consumption.
6.4 Our food is non-halal.
6.5 Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, nuts, fish and shellfish. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross-contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve.
7 TERMINATION / DOWNGRADE OF CONTRACT
7.1 If you would like to terminate the next contract, notice must be given at least three (3) working days before the end of your current Package.
7.2 There will be no refunds for early termination of contract.
7.3 There shall be no downgrade of the package.
7.4 Contract will be terminated without notice, if payment not received, after grace period (case to case basis) and/or not being informed of late payment. A final bill for the meal delivered plus a termination fee of $85.60 will be charged to you.
8 FORCE MAJEURE
8.1 Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, pandemic, war, fire, unavailability of raw materials from a natural source or supply, and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
9 DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
9.1 You are aware and authorize us to store and use personal data which you have provided to us for the purposes of delivery and communications, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. You are also aware and agree to the disclosure of personal data provided to us where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our services, or in compliance with legal requirements.
10 OFFICE HOURS
10.1 Our office hours are 9am – 6pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 9am – 1pm on Saturdays. Our office is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

MINI BUFFET / SET UP BUFFET /BENTO CATERING -TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Packaging
For mini buffet, food are packed in disposable microwaveable container / Aluminum Tray with disposable cutlery. (Table for Food & Warmer are Not Provided)
We will supply disposable form plates, plastic forks, spoons, trash bags and serviettes.
Only Set up buffet will required collection.
2. Ordering and Confirmation
Orders has to be submitted 3 (working days) days in Advance
Confirmation will be done within 24 hrs (working days) upon receipt of order.
3. Delivery Charges :
$35 ($37.45 w GST) delivery fee (Not applicable during festive seasons)
$60 ($58.85 w GST) delivery fee for Set Up Buffet (Not applicable during festive season)
$10 ($10.70 w GST) additional surcharge per flight of stairs due to non lift landing. (Please inform us earlier, otherwise cash will be collected on the day of delivery)
$10 ($10.70 w GST) additional surcharge for CBD area, sentosa and jurong island.
$10 ($10.70 w GST) additional surcharge for shopping center, chalet & hotels.
4. Delivery Timing
9am to 7pm daily (including Public Holiday and Weekend)
Delivery may be late due to unforeseen circumstances arise i.e traffic accident, driver will inform you if such incident arise.
For Set Up buffet, Driver will arrive about 1 hr before your event start time unless being otherwise communicated separately.
For Set up buffet, setup before 9am and collection after 10pm, there will be surcharge of $50/hr. ($53.50 w GST)
For Set Up buffet, any extention time request for collection of buffet, on the day of delivery, will be charges $50/hr ($53.50 w GST)
5. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be made through email.
50% of the total bill will be charged if the cancellation is made 3 working days before event date.
100% of the total bill will be charged if the cancellation is made 2 working days before event date.
6. Amendment of Order
Changes or amendments must be made known to us the latest within 3 working days from the event date.
We reserve the right, not to accept any last minute changes or amendments to your buffet order.
7. Loss or Damages
Charges may be imposed for any loss and or damages for any item loan to customers
8. Replacement of Food
Should there be any item that is not available at the time of delivery. FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd will replace the menu with same value item, without prior notice.
9. Payment
